How long does it take to register with Yahoo or Hotmail for an inoccuous email address.
Whenever a job seeker contacts me from a silly email address, I reply "Dear (email address) instead of their name to point out what a complete idiot they are.
In the last 12 months, I've seen email addresses that contain the following:
420, ganja, hooka, bongmaster.
sexybitch, sexy and single, sexxxx
"69" in spades
pimp
"bustacapinyouass"
What I want to know is why? Do you think it doesn't matter? Are you just so dumb it didn't occur to you? Are you trying to stay on welfare or unemployment forever?

Oh, this drives me nuts. I get many emails from my students (I'm a college professor) that are from wholly inappropriate addresses. I don't need to know if someone is a "sexybitch696969". Initial and last name is good and professional.

Oh come on now, how else are you going to figure out which potential employee will be deeply endebted to you and will do all those tedious on-knees chores that need doing behind closed doors?
